Founders International is a network dedicated to uplifting Black builders, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs. Its flagship project, Building Black Podcast, explores inspiring stories of Black innovation and entrepreneurship.

The challenge was to create a cohesive visual identity that reflects the motivating and community-centered spirit of Building Black Podcast while avoiding visual clichés. Key design priorities included:

A bold, geometric graphic draws inspiration from timeless Black media like Motown and midcentury album art, capturing the energy and rhythm of a spinning record. This dynamic design embodies momentum, creativity, and the storytelling essence of Building Black Podcast.

The design balances vibrant color with approachable typography, creating a look that is motivating, inviting, and effortlessly engaging. This thoughtful aesthetic connects the brand’s joyful and community-focused identity with its forward-thinking mission.
